Description
This Contract involves the provision of all labor, materials, and equipment required to perform generator repairs, installations, and maintenance services in City owned/leased Facilities on an if and as required basis.
The City will assign projects and related Work under this Contract in accordance with the “Standing Arrangements” section of the General Conditions. Projects and related Work under this Contract are classified as Planned Work and Unplanned Work. The majority of the work is anticipated to be Planned Work; however, Unplanned Work is also required and carried out on a time and materials basis.
Planned Work and Unplanned Work may include, but is not limited to:
Perform emergency generator glycol cooling system service (Appendix A);
Perform emergency generator oil change and service (Appendix B);
Perform emergency generator tune up and battery service (Appendix C);
Perform emergency generator load test (Appendix D);
Installation/repair of generators;
Installation/repair of fuel tanks for generators;
Installation/repair of transfer switches; and
Installation/repair of all electrical generator components up to 600 volts.
The Work to be performed by the successful bidder is outlined in the Description of Work document attached to the Form of Agreement Section in the SAP Ariba platform.
