Project Description: The project consists of safety improvements on East Valley Highway and 142nd Ave East. These improvements include installation of Beam Guardrail Type 31 and Non-Flared Terminal Type 31, installation of sinusoidal rumble strips, centerline and edge line profiled striping, and one dynamic speed sign. Work also includes adjustment to existing pavement markings to improve safety aspects and lane configuration; and other related items of work
