Solicitation Amendment 10 was issued on 21 March 2025 to adhere to OSD Class Deviation - Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity in Federal Contracts signed 4 March 2025. Clauses 52.222-21, 52.222-23, 52.222-26 and 52.222-27 have been removed. Clause 52.244-6 (JAN 2025) has been removed and replaced with 52.244-6 Subcontracts for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (MAR 2025) (DEVIATION 2025-O0003). All other items and conditions remain unchanged.

****************************The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to provide the updated Statement of Work (SOW) dated 26 September 2024. The main updates to the SOW are as follows: 1) SOW 3.0 Scope of Work has been updated to remove services for the sole purpose of Paving, Demolition and Abatement. These services are not authorized for acquisition under this JOC. 2) SOW 9.0 Personnel has been updated to reflect changes to key personnel, personnel qualifications and on-site staff. All other items and conditions remain virtually unchanged.**************************************
