Marin County’s Office of Equity is releasing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to support youth mental health through healing and arts programming under the Race Equity Action Plan (REAP). This funding opportunity aims to reduce racial disparities in mental health by centering culturally responsive, identity-affirming, and community-led approaches for youth in priority communities, including Marin City and the Canal. The scope of work is detailed within this RFP.
