Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is issuing this RFP to solicit qualified contractors for the purpose of renovation of the East Williamson County Higher Education Center located at 1600 Innovation Blvd, Hutto, TX 78634. The project involves renovating 7,640 square feet on the first and third floors of the East Williamson County Higher Education Center. The first level area of scope encompasses 2,205 square feet, and the scope in the third level includes 5,435 square feet; the latter is located in two separate building areas.
