The Capital Region Airport Commission (the âCommissionâ) is soliciting bids from qualified, experienced, and licensed contractors to provide all labor, equipment, materials, insurance, and supervision necessary to complete the installation of a Ramp and Baggage Handling System (BHS) Surveillance System at Richmond International Airport. This project is intended to enhance operational visibility, safety, and security through the installation of a modern CCTV surveillance system, including coverage of aircraft ramp areas and BHS makeup areas within the terminal, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Invitation for Bids.
