Project Description: Dysart Unified School District (DUSD) intends to establish a contract with a with a qualified Certified Public Accountant to conduct an annual audit of financial transactions and accounts kept by or for the District, subject to the Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance) for the fiscal year(s) ending June 30, 2026; June 30, 2027; June 30, 2028; June 30, 2029 and June 30, 2030, and to complete the Uniform System of Financial Records for Arizona School Districts (USFR) Compliance Questionnaire (CQ). The District reserves the right to suspend the provisions of the contract for any year in which the District expends less than the qualifying amount of federal awards set forth in the Uniform Guidance
