The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from sources capable of providing the following:

Important Note: This Insulation tape must be purchased from a qualified vendor listed on the attached DLA QPL List, for MIL-I-19166C

Manufactured IAW MIL-I-19166C, and attachment 1 (Technical Specifications).

POP will be ARO through 2/12/2026, (Base Year).

1001 INSULATION TAPE, ELECTRICAL

Manufactured IAW MIL-I-19166C, and attachment 1 (Technical Specifications).

POP will be 2/13/2026 through 2/12/2027, (Option Year).

• Required Delivery Date for Base Year (Item 0001): As soon as possible
