Description
IDRC requests proposals for a French-language, mass-audience magazine based in Canada (“supplier”) to produce and publish relevant articles as decided upon in co-ordination with the IDRC Corporate Communication Division on their relevant print and online platforms, where requirements are described below, the Statement of Work (“Services”).
