This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, National Capital Region (NCR).

Trade agreement:        Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada free trade agreements with Chile/Colombia/Honduras/Panama, Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement, Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP).

Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid.

Competitive Procurement Strategy: lowest priced compliant bid.

Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business: This procurement is not subject

to any set-asides for Indigenous Suppliers.

Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.

Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements.

Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide Media Spokesperson Training session to CSC employees as identified by the Issues Management and Media relations team.

Objectives: To develop and deliver Media Spokesperson Training to CSC employees as identified by the Issues Management and Media relations team.

Deliverables:

The Contractor must provide:

-        An evaluation of each participant's performance on the mock interview to be provided to the PA;

-        A course agenda, Power Point presentation and training manuals, approved by PA to be used in the delivery of the courses;

-        Exercises and scenarios for each participant;

-        A participant attendance list signed for each express half day training as well as a participant attendance list signed in the morning and in the afternoon for each of the two days to the PA or designated replacement;

-        Soft copies of the recorded interview simulations to the PA via e-mail or in another mutually agreed manner ;

-        access to a studio for in-person recorded interviews with all required equipment when required.

Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.

Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of Contract Award to November 30th, 2025 with the option to renew for three (3) additional one-year periods.
