WWTP Generator Project

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed Bids for the construction of the WWTP GENERATOR PROJECT will be received by Hyrum City, at the

Hyrum City Office located at 60 West Main Street, Hyrum, UT, 84319 (mail must arrive by Thursday

December 12, 2024), until 2:00 PM, local time on December 13, at which time the Bids received will be

publicly opened and read. The Project consists of the following:

(i) The Mobilization and demobilization of all equipment, labor, tools, and materials to and

from the project site.

(ii) Site demolition and removal of existing equipment and/or infrastructure as indicated in

the Contract Documents. Existing Generator to be placed nearby in existing drying bed.

(iii) Installation of owner furnished generator and ATS, and associated appurtenances as

indicated in the contract documents. Provide Startup support during initial

commissioning for generator supplier, to include initial testing and wiring testing.

(iv) Replace existing asphalt and provide new pipe bollards as shown in the contract

documents.

(v) All other civil, yard piping, mechanical, and electrical work included in the contract

documents.

(vi) All associated Work as indicated in the Contract Documents.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis.

Bidding Documents will be available electronically on Wednesday November 20, 2024.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held for all contractors on December 3rd,at 2:00 PM at the Hurum

City Waste Water Treatment Plant located at 1900 W 4400 S Hyrum, UT 84319. A site visit will follow.

Each bidder is responsible for all information disseminated during the pre-bid conference.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
