Entire abatement and demolition of the Hammond Building and site restoration. Abatement and demolition will be subcontracts to the Sitework and Utilities prime contract. Electrical will be a separate prime contract.
There was a separate prequalification process conducted by PSU and Whiting-Turner. Only contractors accepted through that process should be invited to bid.
