Project Description: The Project includes the following Work:
Work of the Project includes manufacturing and erecting a new 100,000 gallon water storage tank (WST) with insulation package in Newhalen, Alaska. Project also includes work associated with providing a design for the WST concrete ring wall foundation, which ANTHC will build. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings and shall have experience with water storage tank construction.
Anticipated Schedule:
The Project has an expected substantial completion date of October 15, 2026 and final completion date of November 1, 2026.
Award Statement:
Award will be based on the total of all items listed on the Bid Form.
