This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.106, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be available for download on or about 6 December 2024 under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N0018925Q0048 at the following website: https://beta.sam.gov/.
The reference number is N0018925Q0048. This acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order under NAICS 334413. This is a Full and Open Competition requirement. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023-2 and DFARS Publication Notice 20230525. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses below.

The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing supplies as detailed below. Quoters shall quote only the product requested. This means that quotes containing substitutions will be viewed as UNACCEPTABLE. Refurbished products shall not be accepted. If you are not able to deliver all the line item as requested, DO NOT QUOTE.
Quotes shall be submitted to Claudette Jones at Claudette.j.jones.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 10:00AM EST December 16th, 2024. Quote submissions received after the stated submission deadline may not be considered for award. No questions will be accepted.
