Description

The DND/CAF have a requirement for Executive Research and Advisory services that include access to an online research platform that provides a focus on a variety of supply chain related domains critical to defence including, but not limited to, Materiel Planning and Forecasting, Reception and Distribution, Warehousing, Quality Management and Divestment. This platform must provide immediate, licensed access to a source of unbiased materials that include, but not limited to, research reports, white papers, case studies, market and capability guides and vendor assessments.

Along with this research material, DND has a requirement for toolkits to support document development, supply chain capability and maturity assessment, benchmarking and leadership diagnostics.

DND/CAF also requires access to subject matter experts who can provide document reviews for various supply chain related documents such as strategy, governance and policy, solicitations, requests for information, proposals and contracts and who then provide guidance on the best language for these documents.
