The Town of Johnstown is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed and bonded Contractors to provide Custodial / Janitorial services at various Town buildings and facilities on a regular and as-needed basis.
This RFP provides a general description of services anticipated, specifies submittal requirements, outlines selection criteria and explains the selection process. The response to this RFP (a “Proposal”) should serve as a complete and detailed approach to providing the Services.
This invitation, together with its Supplemental Information, comprises the RFP. The objective is for entities (“Contractors”) responding to this RFP to submit sufficient information to allow the Town to select one contractor to enter into a contract for a three (3) year period subject to review and cancellation by the Town each year.
A non-mandatory pre-bid walk through of all facilities will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. All attendees must arrive at the Town Hall, 450 S Parish Avenue, Johnstown, CO 80534, no later than 9:00 a.m.

by Monday, February 10, 2025, 4:00 p.m. MDT. Responses to questions, and any addenda, will be posted on the Town’s website and on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (“RMEPS”).
The Town will only accept electronic bid submission and will not accept proposals submitted via mail, in-person, fax, email, or other means. Proposals are to be submitted within RMEPS on bidnetdirect.com.
Proposals are due by February 17, 2025, 2:00 p.m. MDT.
Late Proposals will not be accepted.
The Town reserves the right to modify this RFP or the selection process, to cancel this RFP, to reject or accept any Proposal, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Proposal, without liability, at any time.
