ITB25-032 NORTH PENINSULA RECREATION SERVICE AREA POOL FLOORING RENOVATION / REMODEL
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for ITB25-032 North Peninsula Recreation Service Area Pool Flooring Renovation / Remodel. The project consists of providing labor and materials to complete the North Peninsula Recreation Center pool flooring and desk renovation per the bid documents.
A pre-bid conference will be held at the NPRSA Pool, 55176 Poolside Avenue, Nikiski, AK on February 5, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. |
