The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the "Authority") is seeking to identify firms
interested in responding to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the performance of expert
professional PATH Logistics Planning, Constructability Review and Management of Third-Party
Agreements Services to be performed by Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) as requested on a
"Call-In" basis during 2027 through 2030. The Authority reserves the right to extend this
agreement for an additional two, one-year terms through 2032, at its sole discretion.

Proposers must register and create a free Bonfire account at the provided link in order to log in

and distinct from all other Authority software platforms.
It is currently anticipated that proposals shall be due by 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on
May 14, 2026, or as otherwise indicated in the document. The Authority shall accept only those
proposals in electronic format for which the submission or modification is completed at the time
of the Proposal Due Date. Emailed submissions, hand deliveries and mailed deliveries (e.g., UPS,
