PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE TO BIDDER
National Heritage Academies (NHA) is accepting competitive proposals for a Food Service Management Company to operate Four Points Preparatory Academy nonprofit school nutrition program(s) for a twelve-month period beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026, with options to renew the Contract for four (4) additional terms of one year each. To receive a copy of the RFP, please contact Kaylee Toth at ktoth@nhaschools.com, 616-856-1249. An optional pre bid meeting will be held virtually, Tuesday, May 13th, 2025, at 12:00 pm EST with questions due on May 14, 2025 (by 2pm EST).
Proposals are to be submitted in sealed envelopes marked ¿Food Service Management Company Proposal, Four Points¿ to Kaylee Toth, 3850 Broadmoor Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512. Proposal must be received by June 12, 2025, 1:00 pm at which time they will be publicly opened. NHA reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids. NHA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
