The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (¿MARTA¿) is utilizing a qualifications-based procurement process and hereby requests proposals from responsible, qualified firms to provide professional architectural and engineering consulting services for MARTA¿s Final Design Services of The Candler Road Arterial Rapid Transit.
