Description
The City of Lakeland is requesting the service of a qualified contractor to investigate and record service line materials using vacuum excavation. Bidder agrees to furnish all materials and equipment and to perform all labor necessary to pothole and identify the existing service line material on 1,534 metered services. Contractor will be required to enter the data into ESRI's ArcGIS Online (AGOL) GIS Platform using a license provided by the Owner and Engineer with an iOS or Android Mobile Device.
