Wichita Falls Independent School District ("WFISD" or "District") is seeking proposals for (2) Cargo Vans as outlined in the Bid Line Items.
Vendor questions may only be asked within this electronic platform no later than the listed Question deadline.
WFISD reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and the right to award to a single or multiple vendors, all at the sole discretion of District.
VENDOR SELECTION/AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON THIRD PARTY APPROVAL.
District
intends
to provide notification of award no later than November 30, 2026 (or sooner),
but is dependent on third party approval of selection(s), as well as Board of Trustees' approval.
Commitment of District funds is solely made by means of an approved, District-issued Purchase Order.
