Description
The City of Stonecrest (¿City¿) is seeking qualified and experienced bidders to respond to a fixed (one-time) project for the construction and installation of a Gateway Monument Sign at Silver Rivier and Park Identification Signage at Panola Shoals, Trailhead for South River Trail, Salem Park, Browns Mill Recreation Center, Fairington Park, and Everett Park. Work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Construction Invitation to Bid (¿CITB¿).
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, personnel, tools, supervision, transportation, machinery and other incidentals necessary to perform the work requested herein and typical of these types of projects.
Prices offered on the Attachment ¿B¿ - Bid Cost Proposal Form (Bid Sheet) are all inclusive and shall constitute complete compensation. Note: Bid Line Items may not be fully disbursed. Please incorporate the cost within the provided bid line items in Attachment ¿B¿.
