REQUEST FOR BIDS

PANEL, PLC, AND HMI UPGRADES FOR LIFT STATIONS

COOLIDGE, ARIZONA 85128

The City of Coolidge is seeking competitive sealed bids for the following improvements: Replacement of the control panel at the 3A Lagoon Lift Station; upgrade of PLCs and HMIs at the Main Plant and Val Vista Lift Station; and the installation of a communication link between the 1A and 2A Lift Stations.

Bids shall be submitted to the City designees listed below and shall be in the actual possession of the City’s designees on or prior to the exact date and time indicated below. Late Bids will not be considered. Bids shall be submitted via email or delivered in a sealed package with “PANEL, PLC, AND HMI UPGRADES FOR LIFT STATIONS” and the Offeror’s name and address clearly indicated on the front of the package. All proposals shall be completed in ink or typewritten. Offerors are strongly encouraged to carefully read the entire Request for Bids.

Bids will be delivered to the Office of the City Clerk, 130 West Central Avenue on or before 2:00 p.m. September 22nd, 2025 or emailed to Norma Ortiz. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. The City of Coolidge reserves the right to accept the lowest proposal; consider alternatives; to reject any or all bids; or to waive irregularities or information within any proposal. Proposals received after the specified time of opening will be returned unopened.
