The Minnesota Department of Human Services - Direct Care & Treatment requests proposals to assess and evaluate the electronic security systems at the Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) facility in Moose Lake, MN. The facility is approximately 500,000 sq ft and most of the security systems were installed originally in the construction of the building in 1994, with additions in 1998 and 2009. These security systems are approaching the end of their planned lifespan. This evaluation is requested to determine current systems condition and options for upgrading/replacing to maintain functionality and facility security.
