PROJECT NAME : RFP 83 Building Security Assessment
DETAILS: On behalf of the Facilities Management Committee (FMC), the Minnesota State Retirement System (MSRS) is soliciting responses for a solution-based Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP outlines the requirements, expectations, and criteria for selecting a vendor to perform a security assessment for its Retirement Systems Building.
The Retirement Systems Building is a shared with four different agencies located in the building. Each agency has members of the public who are accessing their services; some of those are unplanned visits and others are planned meetings or appointments. The FMC is seeking a security professional to evaluate the current spaces, identify potential risks, and provide recommendations in a prioritized plan for implementation. Work is anticipated to start December 23, 2025.
