Description: Binghamton University is seeking Google Workspace for Education Plus licenses with unlimited storage over a 3-year term based on our current student enrollment (18,148), including 1 free employee license (4,537) for every 4 student licenses purchased. Every license should also provide 20 GB of additional storage, totaling 453.7 TB of storage above its baseline limit, bringing the new baseline to 645 TB. The University is also seeking Google Workspace for Education Storage additional pooled storage and Google AI Pro for Education licenses as part of this bid request.
