The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (“MDVA” or “State”) requests proposals from qualified vendors so that the Minnesota Veterans Home – Silver Bay (“Home” or “MVH-SB”) can implement a contractual relationship with licensed healthcare providers in the State of Minnesota to provide Attending Physician services to the Residents of the Home. MDVA intends to award a single contract from this solicitation determined by selected Responder’s ability to provide the services to the Home.
