This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP).
The State of Minnesota, Department of Human Services intends to enter an agreement with National Association for Public Health Statistics and Information Systems (NAPHSIS) for the electronic verification of U.S. citizenship for Minnesota Health Care Program (MHCP) applicants and enrollees.
Because the Electronic Verification of Vital Events (EVVE) system is owned and operated by The National Association for Public Health Statistics and Information Systems, this has been deemed a single source purchase. EVVE is used to verify and certify Minnesota and other participating states birth records for the purpose of verifying U.S. Citizenship.
