NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Lafayette, Indiana

will receive sealed bids in the Office of the City Clerk, 20 N. 6th Street, until 9:00 a.m. (E.S.T.) on

Tuesday, September 15, 2026 for the following:

McAllister Center Roof Replacement

2351 N. 20th Street

Bid documents may be obtained electronically at Clerks@lafayette.in.gov or in the Office of the City

Clerk, City Hall. Evidence of financial responsibility and a bid bond in the amount of five percent

(5%) of the total bid are required for this event and must be submitted with your response. Bids

must be in a sealed envelope and shall be clearly marked on the outside of your envelope,

McAllister Center Roof Replacement. Bids must be submitted on the Official Bid Form accompanied

by one (1) Bid Form 96-Revised 2013 per bidder, to the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 20 N. 6th

Street, Lafayette, IN 47901. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities in the bids and to

reject all bids pursuant to State Law and City bidding procedures.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at McAllister Recreation

Center. Bidders must register for the pre-bid meeting by 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 1, 2026 by

contacting Emily Taylor, Purchasing Manager, at 765-807-1151 or via email at

ejtaylor@lafayette.in.gov.

The Board of Public Works and Safety reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Bids received after the specified time will be returned unopened to the bidder.
