DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a sole source solicitation to procure One (1) DN Puma 5100 LYB Horizontal Turning Center with contract completion required in 365 days after award.

Complete technical data package VIBB 24-25-1005 including all tooling, training, tech data, IUID tag foundation, removal existing machine, shipping and installation requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation.

Request for Proposal SPE4A8-25-Q-0034 is intended to issue around 15 February 2025 and close around 14 March 2025.

FOB will be at Destination. Inspection at Origin/Acceptance at Destination.

This is notice of the Government’s intent to issue the contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A), other than full and open competition and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 48 CFR 12.603. The award shall be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria.

Award shall result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract.

This solicitation and award will be made under FAR 13.5 procedures.
