The Minnesota Department of Transportation intends purchase Precision Lift 4.0 Drum Set materials from Prime Resins.
This has been deemed a single source due to the Prime Resins being the only company that manufactures and supplies the only materials compatible with MnDOT’s Prime Resins Lifting Foam Equipment. This has been deemed true after extensive market research.
