The State of Minnesota, Department of Human Services intends to enter an agreement with NCQA for the Quality Compass 24 - 3 Yr Trended Bundle. Quality Compass is an NCQA published resource that provides HEDIS® and CAHPS® health plan performance results and benchmarks that allow for comparisons and benchmarking.

Because NCQA is the sole proprietor for the NCQA Quality Compass, and the sole HEDIS® and CAHPS® accrediting entity, this has been deemed a single source purchase.
