The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will be soliciting proposals for a sitewide improvement project at Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center. The work will include demolish of existing structures, roof replacement, utlity upgrades and roadway improvements. The Statement of work will provide further details of the work requested.
Attached is ***DRAFT*** solicitation for informational purposes. A FINAL solicitation will be released on or about July 30th. NO PROPOSALS are requrested at this time. A site visit is planned for on or about Thursday August 14th, 2025, at 10 am. Further details regarding the site visit will be given with final solicitation. Tentative due date for proposals is planned for August 29th, 2025.
Award will be made using a Best Value method to the Government.
