APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The Department is conducting market research to identify commercially available artificial intelligence-enabled legal technology solutions capable of supporting legal research, document review and analysis, drafting, summarization, citation/source verification, knowledge management, and related attorney workflows.
The Government is particularly interested in existing commercial SaaS solutions available through Government-wide contract vehicles, including GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), where applicable.
Respondents shall complete Attachment 2, Legal AI Capability Matrix, and identify their applicable Government contract vehicle(s), GSA MAS contract number and SIN(s), if applicable.
