NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract HVAC ROOF TOP UNIT REPLACEMENT 25-077-FM on or before July 22, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at brian.rovik@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to replace the HVAC Roof Top Unit (“RTU”) at the DuPage Care Center (“Care Center”) Maintenance Shop located at 400 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187. All goods are to be shipped F.O.B. Destination, delivered, and installed.
