Broadview Road Corridor Improvement Project

INTRODUCTION

The City of Broadview Heights is proposing a roadway widening and streetscape project located on Broadview Road between the intersections of Royalton Road and Akins Road. The goal of this project is to reduce congestion throughout the corridor, enhance public spaces, improve the aesthetics of the community and provide greater pedestrian accessibility. The proposed project length is 3,065 linear feet. The City owns three parcels at the southwest intersection of Royalton Road and Broadview Road. The City wishes to widen S.R. 176 (Broadview Road), streetscape with a pedestrian walkway, and create a space unique to Broadview Heights on the southwest corner of S.R. 82 and S.R. 176.
