This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. Note: This posting is not a Request for Bid (“RFB”) or Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
The State of Minnesota, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) intends to purchase a twelve month subscription beginning July 2025 through June 2026.
This subscription includes access to Environment Complete and Sustainability Reference Center databases. Also includes, access to bibliographic records from over 2000 domestic and international titles as well as full text articles from more than 1200 journals.
This is deemed a single source because EBSCO is the publisher of Environment Complete and Sustainability Reference Center databases. Other databases are out of subject range and do not include full text availability.
