Minnesota IT Services on behalf of the Department of Transportation (MNIT@MnDOT) intend to renew for up-to 2 years/24 months, their annual cloud-based/hosting services with Momentive, Inc. for continued, uninterrupted use of SurveyMonkey.
SurveyMonkey is a cloud-based surveying tool/platform used by agencies, companies, or organizations to gain insight from their employees, customers and/or voice opinions on various matters. Because Momentive, Inc. retain exclusive ownership rights, this renewal has been deemed a single source as the State believes these services are not sold through third party resellers.
