1. Controlling item list: The RFQ Pricing Spreadsheet contains 112 numbered line items. Please confirm that this spreadsheet is the complete and controlling list of products, quantities, and manufacturer part numbers to be priced.

Answer: Please proceed with line items and quantities as listed in the Pricing Spreadsheet.

2. The salient-characteristics section appears to contain more entries than the 112 lines included in the Pricing Spreadsheet. Please confirm whether offerors should quote only the 112 spreadsheet lines or include any additional items.

3. Duplicate manufacturer part number: HuFriedy manufacturer part number FAFX74N appears on both Line 0080 and Line 0112. Please confirm whether both lines are intentional and whether the stated quantities should be quoted separately.
Answer: Both lines are intentional, and may be combined, or quoted separately.

4. Brand-name requirement: Is this procurement HuFriedy brand-name only, or will the VA consider equivalent products? If equivalent products are permitted, please identify the documentation and evaluation criteria required to demonstrate equivalency.
Answer: This is a HuFriedy Brand Name requirement. See attached Brand Name Sole Source Justification.

5. Applicable SDVOSB certification clause: The solicitation references VAAR 852.219-76, VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting Certificate of Compliance for Supplies and Products. Another section appears to reference VAAR 852.219-75, which applies to services and construction. Please confirm that VAAR 852.219-76 is the correct certification for this supply procurement.
Answer: VAAR 852.219-76 is the correct certification for this supply procurement. VAAR 852.219-75 was included by mistake, and should be disregarded.

6. Nonmanufacturer Rule: Must the SDVOSB offeror provide products manufactured by a domestic small-business manufacturer, or has SBA issued an applicable class or individual waiver of the Nonmanufacturer Rule for the products included in this requirement?
Answer: NAICS code (339114) has a nonmanufacturer waiver (87 Fed. Reg. 31292)

7. OEM authorization letter: Will one consolidated authorization letter from HuFriedy covering EETECH LLC and all quoted line items satisfy the OEM authorization requirement, or is additional documentation required from the distributor?
Answer: One OEM letter will be sufficient.

8. Partial deliveries: Will the VA accept partial or staggered deliveries as products become available, provided all items are delivered within the required performance period?
Answer: Partial deliveries will be acceptable.

9. Required delivery date: Please confirm the final required delivery date or maximum acceptable delivery lead time after receipt of order.
Answer: At the latest, 10/30/2026, delivered to 50 NE 42nd ST OKC, OK 73105

10. Email size limitation: Because the solicitation limits quotation emails to 4 MB, may offerors submit the quotation package through multiple consecutively numbered emails, such as Email 1 of 3, Email 2 of 3, and Email 3 of 3 ?
Answer: Multiple emails, appropriately labeled and sequenced may be submitted if necessary.

11. May one consolidated HuFriedy catalog or technical-literature package be submitted for the product family, or must a separate cut sheet be provided for every line item?
Answer: One technical literature package will be acceptable, as long as it contains all pertinent information, and information is clear and organized.

12. Freight pricing: Please confirm that all freight and delivery charges must be incorporated into the individual line-item prices and should not be shown as a separate freight line.
