State Funeral Transport - Georgia Team

1. General. This is a non-personal services contract to provide 3 “Executive Mini Buses / Coaches”, all black in

color. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service provider(s) supplying

said vehicles outside the confines of this statement of work.

2. Objective: The Military District of Washington Joint Task Force / National Capitol Regions (MDW – JTF/NCR)

is providing State Funeral Support to the 39th President of the United States and others. Safe, efficient transportation

is required.

3. Scope of Work. The Contractor shall provide the required vehicles / driver as follows:

a. A quantity of 3 Executive Mini Buses / Coaches, black in color (minimum) 24-32 pax.

b. 6 Licensed / qualified drivers to allow for legally sufficient rest periods.

c. Points of service vary however the initial location, and time is 0600 hours at MGE (Dobbins

Airfield) on 3 January 2025.

d. Initial pickup location is Dobbins Air Reserve Base, 291 Cobb Pkwy SE, Marietta, GA 30067

4. Place of Performance: The work to be performed under this contract will be performed in and around the Metro

Atlanta area and some routes may be up to 180 miles each way.

5. Delivery / Pick-up: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools,

materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform delivery and pick-up as

defined in this statement of work. All contractor provided drivers shall possess a valid state driver license (Real ID)

and or other U.S. Government or State Government issued identification. Personnel may be required to undergo a

security screening. All vehicles are subject to search by U.S. Government personnel, trained K-9s and their assigned

handlers. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
