Amendment 0005 serves to extend the solicitation closing date to 08 August 2025 at 1000 CT. Amendment 0005 also serves to cleary call out the Evaluation Criteria that MUST be met in order for your quote to be reviewed.

Amendment 0004 serves to extend the solicitaiton closing date to July 22, 2025. There is also a Q&A v2 attached.

The proposed contract action is for a Straightening Press in support of the United States Army Rock Island Arsenal - Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC).

A dtermination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government reserves the right to award no contract at all. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
