Solicitation Amendment #1 Removes one sentence in Page 7 of this Solicitation - (Fabricate underdrain pipe from steel sheets with a minimum thickness of 0.052 inch. Use any class of perforation specified in AASHTO M 36.). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The updated Solicitation document is attached to this amendment along with the Q&A Document, Updated Attachment 2, and Amendment document.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the

format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being

requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.000

Solicitation number 1240LP26Q0137 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Various Sizes

and amounts (EACH) of Steel Culverts, as listed in the Statement of Work that is attached to this

Solicitation.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry

Classification Standard Code is 237310 The small business size standard is $45M. This

acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation

which will be considered by the agency.
