Airport Administration Building Architect/ Engineering Services Request For Qualifications
The Lawrence Municipal Airport Commission (LMAC) through the City of Lawrence Purchasing department is seeking responses from qualified Massachusetts registered architectural and/or engineering firms/individuals who are interested in providing design services including civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineering and construction administration of a new Airport Administration Building. Applicants must be qualified architects, engineers and, or other qualified responders licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and must be familiar with public construction laws. Estimated construction cost is $5.2M and the facility is programmed to be approximately 6500sf (+/-). Design services are to start February 2025. Local, Minority and disadvantaged business are encouraged to apply.

A Pre-Proposal conference will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 @ 11:00 a.m. at the Lawrence Municipal Airport Administration Building, 492 Sutton St, North Andover, MA 01845.
Eligible bidders must submit one (1) original and five (5) copies of the entire proposal, along with one (1) electronic copy (in pdf format via USB flash drive).
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope by the proposal due date and time. Any proposal received after the deadline will not be accepted. Proposals are due at the Office of the City Clerk, 200 Common St., Room 107, Lawrence, MA 01840, by 11:00am on Wednesday, January 13, 2025.
The City reserves the right to reject all bids and take whatever action is in the best interest of the city.
