Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, permits and taxes necessary to replace a submersible well pump, pump controller, pump house appurtenances, replace one and a quarter inch (1 ¿¿) water main with two-inch (2¿) water Main, fire flow testing and other miscellaneous work.

License Required: A ¿ General Engineering Contractor, or
B ¿ General Building Contractor, with
C-57 ¿ Well Drilling Contractor for well pump replacement

Estimated Cost:  $ 160,000.00

Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE):  The minimum DVBE participation percentage goal is 3%. Failure to fulfill the DVBE requirement will render your bid non-responsive.  DVBE Incentive: For evaluation purposes only, an incentive will be given to bidders who exceed the 3% DVBE participation requirements. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders.

Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor participation:  A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a copy of your certification must be submitted with the bid proposal).
