The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) requests quotes from qualified Underground Utilities Contractors to provide a site ready area relative to existing water and combined sewer utilities for development of the existing property bound by McGraw on the north, Parkdale on the west, 30th Street on the east and I-94 Service Drive on the south.
