The City of Suffolk (“The City”) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide hazardous materials abatement and demolition of the two story, approximately 33,000 sq. ft. former school building with a partial basement, located at 1507 Freeney Avenue, Suffolk, VA. Work must be done in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held at 10:00 a.m. local prevailing time on January 28, 2025 at 1507 Freeney Avenue, Suffolk, VA 23434. This will be the only opportunity to visit the site with City employees. Failure to attend will result in disqualification of bid.
