The work can be generally as reshaping earthen berms at two separate petroleum training sites on Ft. Pickett. Each berm site consists of two four-sided containment berms; each of these berms are designed tohold a 210,000-gallon collapsible fabric fuel tanks [NIC]. These berms are key to establishing secondary containment for the fuel tanks at Fort Pickett, Blackstone Virginia. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at Building 229 at the corner of 9th St and Rives St, Fort Pickett, Blackstone Virginia, 23824 on November 4, 2025, at 10:00 am.
