Notice of Intent to Award – Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements

In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Four Corners Regional Health Center, located in Teec Nos Pos, Arizona, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with GALLUP LUMBER & SUPPLY CO. INC, CAPITAL LOGISTICS LLC, C&I SHOW HARDWARE & SECURITY SYSTEMS, INC., W.W. GRAINGER, INC. and HHB BUILDERS & SUPPLY CO., INC. for miscellaneous types of building supplies, masonry supplies, hardware supplies, various types of filters, various types of painting supplies, various types of interior and exterior door lock system supplies, drywall supplies, plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling supplies, safety equipment (PPE), and janitorial & cleaning supplies, on an as-needed basis.

The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year with (3) one year option years.

Base Year: January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025

1st Option year: January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026

2nd Option year: January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027

3rd Option year: January 1, 2028 to December 31, 2028

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332510 Hardware Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750.

No further awards will be made unless the need for Four Corners Regional Health Care located at Teec Nos Pos, Arizona changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than December 17, 2024 at 10:00 am MST.

In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent.
