City Hall Refrigeration Condensing Unit Replacement

The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to replace the Condensing Unit for the Kitchen Refrigeration System at City Hall, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.

The outside condenser unit for all walk-in coolers at City Center is due for replacement. Upgrading to a unit with the appropriate stainless housing will ensure long-term durability and performance.
